DACA Virtual Renewal Clinic (CA Only)

In light of the ongoing health crisis, CHIRLA has changed its regularly scheduled DACA clinics to individual virtual appointments. Registration will open to applicants on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Applicants must register using a Gmail account and only use a Gmail account during the application process. The Legal Services Department will contact applicants by phone on the day of the registration with further instructions. It is important that you provide CHIRLA your correct and full phone number. Applicants have 48 hours to return our call after we have made our first attempt to contact them. Any applicant can only register once. An applicant cannot sign up or save a place for anyone else. Any Gmail address can only be used to sign up once. A household needing multiple appointments must register each applicant with different Gmail accounts. Our services are currently open only to CA residents. Applicants who have had any criminal issues or contact with the police should have records ready at the time of sign up. We greatly appreciate your patience and consideration as we transition to this new system of delivering legal services
